The Eagle Lodge Vacation Rental is one of the best in Minnesota's river country! Set on 6 country acres, surrounded by woodlands and fields, wildlife abounds all around us. It is not unusual to see a Bald Eagle or Hawk sailing overhead or hunting in the fields. Listen to the wolves calling to each other in the evenings, and the frogs singing you to sleep.

Trails for walking, hiking and skiing are nearby. Kayaking the Kettle River is a favorite with our guests. The star gazing is incredible on a clear evening. In the colder months the Northern Lights are spectacular.

The Eagle's Nest is a charming two-bedroom guesthouse with a full kitchen, fireplace, jetted bath, vcr/dvd player and limited internet access.  

This Northern Minnesota Vacation Rental was designed with privacy and comfort in mind. 

We are located 90 minutes north of Minneapolis & St. Paul, near St. Croix State Park, Willard Munger Trail,  and the Hickley Fire Museum and Monument, just an hour from St. Cloud or Duluth / Superior.

With off road parking available, bring your trailers loaded with motorcycles, ATV's, boats, kyaks, canoes and snowmobiles.  It is close to two state parks with miles of trails to walk, ride or snowshoe. The Munger Trail is only ten minutes away.  Canoe trips can be are organized daily by a local outfitter, no experience or equipment needed.

Spending a weekend at the Eagle's Nest offers something fun for all ages!
